We visit you to evaluate your current A/V setup, identify problem areas, and discuss your goals. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed report with a three-tiered proposal offering scalable upgrade options to fit your budget and vision.
Setup
We handle the full setup and configuration of your new A/V equipment, ensuring every component is properly connected and fully functional. Our goal is to leave your system ready for seamless worship and streaming.
Training
We provide hands-on training tailored to your team’s skill level, helping them confidently operate your new A/V system. Additional training sessions are available as your needs and technical capabilities grow.
Mock Service
We conduct a full “test run” service to ensure your team and system are ready for live production. During this session, we provide real-time support and adjustments to guarantee a smooth, high-quality in-house and online experience.
